Click on Advanced
At the bottom Click on Change under Virtual Memory
On the next box that pops up Choose the hard drive that has the space you need (most likely you only have one and it is the C:
Click on Custom toward the middle of the box
then enter 4 or higher in the first text box that is labeled ';Initial Size(mb)';
In the text box below it enter a number larger than the one you just entered. This box is labeled ';Maximum Size(mb)';
I would enter a larger number than 4, say about 50 to 100 but the choice is yours. Windows will recommend a number at the bottom of the screen where you put the numbers in. You might want to enter that number if you have enough space on your hard driveHelp with ';Virtual Memory'; on my PC?
Hi,
1 way is to add more memory to your PC, but it seems like you have some king of software error... i can't point to the specific problem but I've found a software that might help you to optimize your computer.

There are also more software in this site that improve your PC performances.
1) How much memory do you have?
2) How much free space do you have?
3)You may need to delete programs on your hard drive, find how much space you can gain by deleting unwanted programs on your hard drive.
4) try this free program,
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/downloa
This program will help clean up unnecessary files, in addtion to files you may need to delete yourself.
Depending on how much memory and how much hard drive space you have left determines your Virtual Memory resources.
