Windows 7 Changed Virtual Memory, Everything Messes up :(?

I'm running on a windows 7. After I changed my virtual memory, everything messes up. For example, firefox doesn't respond more and more, audio service has stopped running, I see 4 bars for connection instead of the pc, utorrent doesn't show up in my taskbar even when it is enabled, what should I do? Also, I'm pretty sure I reseted to default but just in case would someone tell me how to set the virtual memory back to default again, thank you.Windows 7 Changed Virtual Memory, Everything Messes up :(?

When your get to the 'System Properties' dialogue box select the 'Advanced' tab.

Click the 'Settings' button in the 'Performance' area.

When the 'Performance Options' dialogue opens select the 'Advanced' tab.

Under the 'Virtual Memory' area click the 'Change' button.

Check the check box next to 'Automatically Manage Paging File Size For All Drives'

Click 'OK' to close all the dialogue boxes and reboot, the system should then manage the page file for you.
