Will changing Virtual Memory Setting help my pc run faster?

I don't know what vitual memory does or what it is really, but heard it can help things run faster. I found out how to get to the page to adjust the settings, but don't know what to set them TO. I've typed in the information about the current settings below and if anyone can look at it and tell me if it's worth changing and if so what to put the Initial and Maximum settings to that would be great. Thanks in advance. : )

Actually it will run slower. Virtual memory uses your hard drive as usable memory. Hard drive access time is much, much slower than access time for RAM. ANother downside to increasing virtual memory is that it uses hard drive space. Will changing Virtual Memory Setting help my pc run faster?
it will basically let you see better graphics, and it is good sometimes to clear it out, as it does take space.
