I have 2 gb RAM ddr2 and i set up the pagefile.sys to be 3078 mb.Is it ok? what's the recommended setting?I don't want to set it to change automatically because I think this is an unnecessary operation for windows.I use the computer for almost all possible things:games, video editing, music,movies, internet browsing etcHow much virtual memory should I have?
For 2gb that is fine.How much virtual memory should I have?
Always leave at least 5gb of hard disk space left, and never use it. If you do, it will slow down your computer like you can never imagine.
