System low on virtual memory: What do I change the numbers to/to stop the pop up message?

I'm always getting the pop up saying my computer is low on virtual memory I was told to right click on ';My Computer'; and click on properties %26amp; go to Advanced%26gt;Performance Options and change the numbers but how exactly would I change it? - I'm not good with that type of computer stuff I don't know if I should make the numbers higher or lower..what do you guys think? I took a screenshot could you please tell me what numbers to change and what to?
