erasing you filesis not the answer...all you need to do is increase the page file.

to do this:

right click on '; my commputer';

then ';properties';

then select ';advanced';

then at ';performance'; click settings';

then at performance option windows - tab to ';advanced';

then at ';virtual memory'; click ';change';

then input this:

minimum: 800

maximum: 4000

then click ';set'; - click ok...then restart your pc.Done!

hope this help you.cheers!Still low on virtual memory??????
Set the initial size to 1.5 times the RAM installed

and the Maximum to 3 times the RAM.
If change the virtual memory setting failed, return it to default value (let Windows adjust the settings).

Did you know how much space you have now in your C:? How did you delete the files? Did you use Norton utilities? Did you also try to clear internet cache?

Rather deleting your files, you should clearing your internet cache and deleting unnecesary files (*.tmp, ~*.*). Next is empty your Recycle Bin and also purge Norton Protected files (if you used it), then see how much space you have in C: drive now?

BTW, when did this message appear? Did it show when you run a program? What program it was? Or the message just pop-up even though you don't run any program.
